Withania
somnifera, known commonly as ashwagandha,[2] Indian ginseng,[3] poison gooseberry,[3] or winter cherry[2] is a plant in the Solanaceae or nightshade family.

marked by white patchiness (leukoderma), bronchitis, backache, fibromyalgia, menstrual
problems, hiccups, Parkinson's disease, under-active thyroid (hypothyroidism),
and chronic liver disease. It is also used to reduce the side effects of
medications used to treat cancer and schizophrenia. Ashwagandha is used to
reduce levels of fat and sugar in the blood.

study, men who received ashwagandha for stress experienced higher antioxidant
levels and better sperm quality
Ashwagandha is also good for
treating wounds, cuts, bruises, injuries.
I would call this a Super Herb! The
only drawback from the comments is the smell, they say it smells like a horse. Yuck…
